First check the event viewer and check the event when the note2016 crashed. You should get a lot of information there. Migration endpoint and microsoft and mac free. If you're lucky it should tell you whats the cause of the crash. If not, then go install windbg and find the dump file of the Note2016 and analyse it. That should give you the cause of the crash. You can check your %LOCALAPPDATA%CrashDumps to find the dump file is the windows error report made a dump file. Feb 05, 2018  After several hours testing, I found out that it all have chance to make OneNote crash. My version number is 1712(Build 8827.2148).
